DATABEX Launches After More Than a Yr. in Dev.

After more than a year in development, BEX is excited to launch DATABEX: the newly redesigned version of the online searchable database application. What started in August of 2016 with only 200 active projects has now grown to nearly 1,750 active projects.  
Our mission is to put all the active projects in one spot, add dozens of data points, and update them as they move forward through planning and design, all the way to project completion. Sounds simple, right? That has been our concept behind the database the whole time. With DATABEX, subscribers are able to gain access to the most recent, up-to-date information on any given project along with the exact right point of contact they need to reach out to in order to discuss participating on the project.  
DATABEX contains all active public works and private development projects with total construction costs estimated to exceed $5M. Every detailed project report includes the basics of what, who, where and when. The redesigned user platform enables faster search results, more visible access to documents and more.  
What does this mean for users? It means they can run reports quickly to identify project opportunities and target clients. Users can begin with an enormous amount of data at their disposal; imagine being able to call a developer or public owner and instead of asking what the latest and greatest news on a project is, you are able to have a much deeper discussion about specific project challenges, procurements or innovative solutions you can offer the project.  
Additionally, data geeks (like the BEXperts) can dive deep into project analytics. In fact, our annual Construction Forecast Activity event held each January is based on the information contained in DATABEX. We are only able to create market sector analysis which detail out top projects, top owners, design firms, and contractors by relying on the complete and accurate day-to-day research by the local market research BEXperts.
