Sales Transactions
1. Institutional Property Advisors represented the seller and procured the buyer for the $96M sale of The Hadley North Scottsdale, a 240-unit community. IMT Capital was the buyer and rebranded the property as IMT North Scottsdale. Liv Communities was the seller.
2. Ziff Real Estate Partners has acquired the $26.5M Mercado at Scottsdale Ranch, a 118.75KSF retail space in Scottsdale. Steve Julius, Jess Goldsmith and Chase Dorsett of Newmark represented the seller, Whitestone REIT, in the transaction. Christian Chamblee and Kayla Meier provided self-representation for the buyer.
3. Capstone Collegiate Communities closed on nine parcels for more than $10M from five sellers in Tucson. Capstone plans to build 144 units, 448 beds in a pair of four- and seven-story student housing buildings. Scott Soelter and Jayme Fabe with NAI Horizon represented four sellers with seven parcels, and Roger Breckenridge with Long Realty represented a fifth seller with two parcels. John Ash with CBRE and Bert Kempfert, formerly of CBRE, represented the buyer.
4. Pacific National Group has paid $5.15M for the 6.8KSF Northwest Urgent Care Center on North Oracle Road in Oro Valley. The seller was Meridian Real Estate Development. Simon Assaf of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services was the broker of record.
5. EQ Scott and Congress, LLC has paid $2.83M for a property at 2700 S. Mill Ave. in Tempe. The buyer was represented by Trent Goulette of Southwest Retail Group. Seller 2700 S Mill Avenue, LLC was represented by Nick Miner and Andrew Harrison of ORION Investment Real Estate.
