    Sales Transactions

    1. KHP Capital Partners has paid $110M to Host Hotels and Resorts for the 277-room The Camby, Autograph Collection hotel in Phoenix’s Camelback Corridor.

    2. Banner Health has sold its 70KSF Banner Health Care Plus outpatient facility at 4200 E. Camelback Road to RED Development for $48.5M. The healthcare leader also sold its 73.2KSF Banner Health Center medical office facility on North Plaza del Rio Blvd. in Peoria to Montecito Medical Real Estate for $29M. Banner will lease back the Peoria space from the new owner.

    3. Cushman & Wakefield has advised seller ViaWest Group and their institutional joint venture partners in the dispositional sale of Chandler Crossroads I & II, a Class A industrial project totaling 216.3KSF in Chandler. Will Strong, Phil Haenel, Micki Strain, Kirk Kuller, Molly Hunt and Callahan Conway, with support from Stephanie Saccente of the firm’s National Industrial Advisory Group – Mountain West team, represented the seller.

    4. Private Portfolio Group has bought the 147-unit luxury Build-to-Rent community Havenly Fountain Hills from developer Keystone Homes for $68.3M. Mark Forrester of Berkadia Phoenix represented the seller. Buyer financing was secured by Scott Holland of Berkadia Scottsdale.

    5. ORION Investment Real Estate announced the $6.95M sale of Caya,a 24-unit fully renovated apartment community near 7th Street and Bethany Home Road in Phoenix. ORION’s Zack Mishkin represented the seller. The parties were not disclosed.

    6. Lamplighter MHC, LLC has sold the 67-space Lamplighter Mobile Home Park in Tucson to HPC-Lamplighter MHC, LLC for $4.75M.

    7. Automation solution and technology provider Jagco has paid $4.1M for a 20.1KSF industrial building on East Harbour Drive in Phoenix that will serve as its new headquarters. Jagco was represented by MHG Commercial Real Estate.

    8. ZBH/Medina, Ltd. purchased a 46.7KSF industrial building at Medina Business Park II, 2425 E. Medina Road in Tucson, from Descanso Medical Plaza, LLC for $3.47M. Jesse Blum and Alex Demeroutis with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the seller. Patrick Sheehan and Max Schumacher with Rein & Grossoehme represented the buyer.

    9. Marcus & Millichap announced it represented the seller in the recent $3.1M sale of a 3KSF Carl’s Jr. on Stockton Hill Road and Kingman. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.

    10. Olé Mexican Grill recently purchased the building it has occupied on West Orange Grove Road in Tucson since 2002 for $2.5M. Other occupants at the retail site include a smoke shop and a delivery pizza company. The seller was 2080 Orange Grove LLC. The buyer was represented by Esther Empens of Tierra Antigua.

    11. CapRock Partners announced the acquisition of 5810 W. Buckeye Road, a 130.8KSF Class A industrial building along Phoenix’s Loop 202 freeway. The building is pre-leased to Metrie, Inc. The acquisition was led by CapRock’s Bob O’Neill. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
