1. Jet Worldwide LLC has purchased the 31.8KSF Mesa Gateway shopping center at Ray and Power roads in Mesa for $11.8M. The 3.12-acre property was fully leased at the time of the sale. Seller Mesa 18 LP was represented by Phoenix Commercial Advisors’ Danny Gardiner and Chad Tiedeman.
2. BP Vail Partners LLC (Bourn Companies) has paid $7.65M for a 390-acre site along I-10 at approximately 14001 E. Benson Hwy. in Vail. The company plans to build a mixed-use development of industrial, commercial and residential components. Seller RMG Vail II LLC was represented by Gary Emerson of GRE Partners.
3. Beverly On Fifth Owner, LLC purchased The Beverly on Fifth, a 33.2KSF investment property at 5601 E. 5th St., Tucson. The 35-unit apartment property was purchased from Dry Desert, LLC for $6.7M. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented both parties.
