1. Transwestern Real Estate Services announced it brokered the $53M sale of a 747-acre property in Buckeye at 19300 West Yuma Road. Transwestern’s Paul Borgesen, Dylan Sproul and Royden Hudnall represented Rovey Family Farms in the sale of the farmland to the Vanderwey Family. Plans for the property have yet to be announced.
2. Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm advised the sale of Paradise Valley Plaza. The three-building, multi-tenant office and medical complex totals 100.2KSF. Located at 5010, 5020 and 5040 E. Shea Blvd. in Phoenix, the property is 95% leased. The complex was acquired by Woodside Health Development, LLC for $20.9M. C&W’s Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Chris Toci represented the seller, Cloud Peak Development LLC.
3. Dalfen Industrial purchased the 109.7KSF 3405 Logistics at Sky Harbor at 3405 S. 5th St. in Phoenix. Cushman & Wakefield sourced the sale of the fully leased property. Collins Aerospace, a subsidiary of Raytheon, purchased the property for $18.7M.
4. NAI Horizon’sJeffrey Garza Walker represented Glez C Properties, LLC in the $11M disposition of an industrial building that the City of Peoria, the buyer,will use as a training facility for police officers and a storage facility for its tactical vehicles. The 81.1KSF warehouse is located at 10857 N. 95th Ave. in Peoria.
5. Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate announced the sale of a 5KSF single-story, freestanding medical office building at 16222 N. 59th Ave. in Glendale. The property is part of a four-building medical office complex and was sold for $2.2M. Menlo’s Steve Berghoff and Stuart Milne represented the seller, Boa Sorte Limited Partnership and Arrowhead 59 LLC. The buyer was Sun Radiology.
