The new 24-hour inpatient Springdale Center will be a 43KSF one-story building, though it will feature two-stories in the entrance for an atrium and administrative offices. According to an article in Mohave Valley Daily News, construction costs are projected between $18M-$19.7M. Build time is estimated at roughly two years.
