Giving Back
1. ECM Technologies and Tolin Mechanical have announced they will work together to enhance the 186 HVAC systems serving 11 Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley locations. ECM will donate its ThermaClear HVAC anti-oil-fouling technology and Tolin will contribute its services to perform the treatments. The donation is valued at more than $107K.

3. Carlisle Companies Inc. has sold its Carlisle Interconnect Technologies division to Amphenol Corp. for $2.025B. CIT manufactures high-performance cable, wire and associated products for advanced applications. The sale was undertaken to complete Carlisle’s transition to what officials call a “pure play building products company.”

4. Ryan Mohn has been promoted to Project Consultant for Coreslab Structures (ARIZ) Inc.
New Hires
5. Jay A. Brown was announced as the incoming CEO of David Weekley Homes with a term set to begin in October. Brown will replace John Johnson in the role following Johnson’s retirement. Brown previously served as CEO of Crown Castle Inc.
