Wetta Ventures LLC is planning a two-building 97.1KSF light industrial development at the SWC of Sossaman and Pecos roads in Mesa.
The 7.5-acre Gateway Commerce Center III site is already zoned light industrial. The Mesa Design Review Board approved the site plan and design review in its Oct. 17 meeting.
According to the project narrative, the developer plans to target prospective users needing 10KSF-20KSF each.
The project design firm is Deutsch Architecture Group. The property owner is Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority, and Wetta Ventures is the developer and leaseholder. (Source)
