Phoenix May Extend Sky Harbor Rent Reliefย
Having already reduced rents for concession companies atย Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airportย through the end of the year,ย Phoenix City Councilย wants to ensure companies are making efforts to take care of employees, including job restoration guarantees in some cases, before extending rent relief into the new year. NMHC Calling for New Relief for Rentersย
Citing a year-over-year drop of nearly 132,000 households making full or at least partial rent payments by November 6th, officials from theย National Multifamily Housing Councilย have renewed calls for national leaders to approve a new and comprehensive relief package to mitigate economic harm the industry and consumers have suffered in the ongoing pandemic.
