Wells Fargo Bank plans to expand parking at its Operations Center with the creation of a new structure near the Broadway Curve in Tempe.

There are currently 451 spaces on the site. The new five-level, 311KSF garage will add another 1,105.

Finish materials for the new structure include painted concrete, horizontal patterned metal panels and split-face block similar to that used in several other areas of the campus. Fundamental colors for the concrete and masonry will be a combination of white, greys and tans. The metal panels will be perforated to serve as shading, and the top level will feature metal shading canopies.

The site’s landscaping will be renovated and include desert-friendly trees and vegetation, such as acacia, mesquite, lantana and agave.

Construction is expected to begin in March.
