With the completion of a recent $2.2M, four-acre land purchase at 67th Avenue north of Bell Road, Heritage Communities LLC has secured space for its second senior care and assisted living facility in the Valley.

Mark Huey of Phoenix’s Telis Commercial Real Estate represented buyer Glendale Heritage, part of Heritage Communities LLC. Greg Hopley of Colliers International in Scottsdale handled the transaction for seller LC Coffee.

The 100-unit senior care facility, to be named Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead, will feature 82 assisted living and 18 memory care apartments.

Construction on architect Reece Angel Rowe’s designs is planned to begin around the end of June and will be overseen by Mountain West Contracting LLC. Opening is planned for the fall of 2016.

Heritage Communities currently operates one facility in Surprise and nine more in the central Midwest.
