Construction is set to get under way on a new 95KSF assisted living center in Bullhead City next month. Seabold Construction Co., Inc., is the GC on the $18M project. The facility will offer 74 assisted living apartments and 30 specially designed for memory care residents.
The ALC is part of the Fox Creek master planned community in Bullhead City. Joshua Springs is going up next toa five acre medical office complex of five 7.5KSF MOBs. Fox Creek is being developed by Brookfield Communities. Designed by John Lape, Architect, the two- and three-story center is design as a conventional multifamily residence, belying the underlying support system within the facility for its residents.
Link Development is Joshua Springs’ owner and developer. The Oregon-based company specializes in developing assisted living centers, and has ten projects across the West. The Bullhead City facility will be managed by Milestone Retirement Communities from Washington. Milestone runs 28 western assisted living centers.
While the assisted living center is being built for Link, Fox Creek master developer Brookfield Communities is opening The Ridge, a neighborhood with a mix of residential homes in a variety of architectural styles. The first phase has 48 homes and a community clubhouse, all set into a view location on an overlook above Bullhead City.
