MS Tucson, LLC an affiliate of Mainstreet Property Group, purchased 8.5 acres located at 5151 E. Pima Street in Tucson from 5151 Pima, LLC for $2.4M ($6.47/sf).
The buyer plans to construct a 47KSF Transitional Care Medical Facility on 5.5 acres, and make the 3-acres of excess land available for sale, to be represented by PICOR. The property is located at Pima and Rosemont Boulevard, within blocks of Tucson Medical Center.
The Mainstreet Group is an Indiana-based developer of senior housing and care properties, specialized in the acquisition and development of real estate properties focusing on both the long-term and short-term care for the senior population.
