“Concerning the location in Cave Creek, this is especially true in that the area was attractive due to the part-time and hobby farmers, and horse owners in the area,” Hoskins said.

Landscaping will include on-site salvage material as well as indigenous plant species.

The Cave Creek site will employ 12 to 17 full- and part-time people.

What a perfect example of greed and out of control development – if ever there was a bad idea this was it. There are now 4 big box stores built within a 1/4 mile of each other that all sell the same junk. Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart and now THIS. Greedy developers have taken an awesome, quiet desert town and have completely destroyed it with useless consumerism, traffic and parking lots. Humanity sure stinks at times. The mayor of Cave Creek is a tool – I am sure he profited in some way from this.
