The project’s architectural character for new construction will maintain the current hotel style and color. Materials include the use of stucco walls, tile roofing, shaded patios and balconies, exposed wood and concrete columns.

The signature lanterns at the ends of buildings will be maintained and carried out in the new stair construction. The use of double-loaded corridors will maintain views of the McDowell mountain range to the east.
