The town of Oro Valley unanimously voted to adopt its 2012-13 fiscal year budget during a regular council meeting on May 16. No changes were made from the tentative budget, adopted on May 2, which sets the spending limit for the town at $95.4 million, up from $94.2 million in fiscal year 2011-12.
Finance director Stacey Lemos reminded the council that it has the authority to amend the budget as needed throughout the fiscal year.
