Plans submitted to the City of Mesa Design Review Board by LGE Design Group for WireMasters would bring a commercial office/warehouse building to a vacant 2.3-acre parcel at the SWC of Ingram Street and Higley Road, if approved.
The proposed single-story structure would be 32’ in height and include a nearly 6KSF office with 27KSF of warehouse space for a total of 33KSF. Proposed building materials include painted concrete tilt-up panel walls of various textures, accented metal entries, and exposed steel canopies.
To visually break up continuous wall lengths, architecture will feature parapets of varied heights and painted banding throughout. The site will be furnished with LED wall pack and pole-mounted lighting, while mechanical units and roof access will be fully screened to enhance the aesthetic.
Access to the property is gained from Ingram Street, as well as a new shared entry off Higley Road on the south side of the property. The desert-themed landscape plan includes low water use trees, shrubs and other plantings.
LGE Design Build will complete construction of the project with landscape design provided by T.J. McQueen & Associates, Inc. A timeline for the project was not available at press time.
