Uptown and Downtown Phoenix are experiencing an urban renaissance as a result of the light rail and improved walkability.  Developers are transforming under-utilized spaces surrounding the light rail into functional community landmarks.  As we travel via light rail, you will see firsthand how these projects highlight the cultures and compliment the communities along the track.

Our Crawl will begin at The Newton, the subject of a recent ULI National Case Study, where we will hear from Lorenzo Perez, Principal and Co-Founder, Venue Projects.  A quick light rail trip will then take us to The Found:RE, where Tim Sprague, Partner, Habitat Metro, will be our host.  Both developers will share the challenges and successes unique to their projects, followed by brief discussion and Q&A.  Attendees are welcome to stay and continue to mix and mingle, or take the light rail back to The Newton to conclude the event.

We look forward to having you join us and please note that you MUST pre-register for this event; no walk-ins will be accepted.
