SmithGroupJJR Perspectives Presents: 4th Industrial Revolution, Are You Ready? This event will showcase a convergence of forward-thinking innovators in the fields of research, development, and design. Our evening will tackle topics that raise questions… How will rapidly developing technology influence a human-centric workforce? What will our typical days look like thirty years from now? What coming technologies will help to drive change? How should we be designing spaces to support both humans and artificial intelligence?

Join us as we examine, through the lens of the panelists’ distinct industry perspectives, what we can expect for the future of work and what factors are shaping these changes.

Stephanie Mitrovic, AIA, NCARB, IIDA, NCIDQ, Science + Technology Studio Leader at SmithGroupJJR. Stephanie has notable experience on research and development projects including the 2017 AIA National, Best in Justice Facility Design Project, Senator Daniel K. Inouye Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Center of Excellence.

Adam Denmark, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Corporate Laboratory Planner at SmithGroupJJR. Adam takes pride in implementing new approaches and tools to create high-performing research spaces. His work includes 2014 Laboratory of the Year, NREL’s Energy Systems Integration Facility (ESIF).

Doug Woodruff, West Region Executive Senior Vice President at Wexford Science + Technology. Doug possesses an unique perspective in real estate development relevant to the logistics of bringing technology into the workplace and to how our built environment will react to a surge of development needs.

Richard Bowen, Associate Vice President in the Office of the President at Northern Arizona University. Richard engages business, community, and economic development organizations around the State of Arizona to maximize the tremendous resources of the University to grow the Arizona economy.

Jim Brady, Global Supply Chain Leader at Axon Enterprise Inc. Jim provides oversight to strategic procurement, demand management, and logistics/global facilities functions for Axon Enterprise Inc. Jim’s expertise requires he be fully engaged in trending topics affecting workplace automation and technology of the future.
