Nearly 20 acres west of Loop 101 and Bell Rd. surrounded by Tournament Player Golf Course are to be a four-building office complex if approved by Scottsdale. The revised Terra Verde site plan being reviewed by the City adds a fourth building to the previously approved plans. Desert Troon Companies’ new phase also completes an underground parking structure.
The Phase I office, completed in 2009, is home to Del Webb, Pulte and Arizona Bank. Butler Design Group continues its architectural services on the project for the remaining phases. According to Jeff Cutberth with Butler Design Group, no estimate of the construction volume is available, nor has a General Contractor been selected, and a timeline for that selection is not available at this time.
The buildings are all three stories and range from 182K SF down to 102K SF. There will be a total of 615K SF in the four buildings. Building 3 was reduced in size to accommodate a fourth building similar in scale to the existing Building 1. All access to the project comes through Perimeter Center Dr. from Bell Rd.
